Hangkai Europa · Heavy industrial cargo

Heavy transport in Europe

For heavy machinery, plant components and high-weight industrial units. We coordinate cargo data, vehicle selection, collection and delivery using the actual load and site conditions.

Heavy transport starts with reliable item-level data

For high individual weights, total weight alone is not enough. Footprint, centre of gravity, forklift access, lifting points and load distribution influence vehicle selection, handling and securing.

Hangkai Europa coordinates European transport in German, Chinese and English. Where exceptional dimensions are the main concern, see our Oversized freight page.

Plannable collectionNormally arranged within 0–3 days, or 0–5 days during peak season; express and same-day collection are subject to availability.
Vehicle matched to load dataLoading space, internal height, payload, footprint and loading access are checked against the individual units.
Coordinated executionContacts, handling equipment, time windows and destination requirements are aligned before dispatch.

Details required for the transport assessment

The more accurately each loading unit is described, the more reliably the vehicle, handling and process can be planned.

Individual weight and quantity

Weight and quantity for every different loading unit, not only the total shipment weight.

Dimensions and footprint

Length, width, height, contact area and permitted orientation of every item.

Centre of gravity and lifting

Known centre of gravity, lifting points, forklift access and intended lifting positions.

Loading and unloading equipment

Available crane, forklift, ramp or other equipment, including its usable capacity.

Access and working area

Full addresses, gate and access dimensions, ground conditions, time windows and contacts.

Timing and documents

Earliest collection date, requested time window, photos, drawings and special instructions.

To be confirmed before acceptance: Oversize, high point loads or special route and site requirements must be assessed individually. Standard delivery requires access for a 40-tonne truck and unloading capability at the consignee.

From load data to coordinated execution

Planning follows the individual item, both sites and the requested timing.

01

Check load data

Capture dimensions, individual weights, centre of gravity, photos, addresses and loading conditions.

02

Match the vehicle

Check loading space, height, payload, footprint, access and equipment.

03

Coordinate collection

Align the time window, contacts and available loading equipment with dispatch.

04

Coordinate delivery

Keep access, unloading conditions and relevant status information clear and traceable.
