Oversized cargo needs more than a flat freight rate. Individual dimensions, weight per item, stackability, handling equipment and vehicle access at both addresses are decisive.

Hangkai Europa coordinates LTL, FTL, express and special transport within Europe, with communication available in German, Chinese and English.

Details needed for a reliable quote

The more accurately each item is described, the better the vehicle, loading space and process can be planned.

Collection address

Country, postcode, city, street, contact person and possible loading times.

Delivery address

Full address, contact person, time window and vehicle access conditions.

Individual dimensions

Length, width and height of every different loading unit, preferably in centimetres.

Quantity and weight

Quantity for each size, individual weight and total shipment weight.

Loading properties

Stackability, permitted rotation, centre of gravity and available loading or unloading equipment.

Timing and documents

Earliest collection date, requested delivery timing, photos and special instructions.

Important for standard delivery: The delivery address must be accessible to a 40-tonne truck and the consignee must be able to unload. Otherwise, please request a smaller truck, tail lift or other unloading assistance in advance.
