Consider packaging, footprint and protection together

Furniture and framed cargo cannot be planned from total volume and weight alone. Outer dimensions, support points, stackability, sensitive edges and permitted orientation determine the actual loading-space requirement.

Hangkai Europa coordinates LTL, FTL, express and special transport within Europe, with communication available in German, Chinese and English.

Item-level planningDifferent crates, frames and furniture units are recorded with quantity, outer dimensions and individual weight.
Protection and orientationNo-stack rules, sensitive surfaces, projections and permitted rotation are considered before vehicle selection.

Details required for reliable planning

Describe every different loading unit separately so that the vehicle, footprint and handling can be assessed without generic assumptions.

Packaging type

Packed or unpacked furniture, closed wooden crate, open timber frame or another protective package.

Outer dimensions and quantity

Length, width, height and quantity for each different crate, frame or furniture unit.

Weight and support

Individual and total weight, support points and whether the unit can be accessed by forklift from below.

Stackability

Permitted stacking height or a clear no-stack rule, plus any permitted horizontal rotation.

Sensitive areas

Glass, painted surfaces, edges, projections, centre of gravity and available securing points.

Sites and timing

Full addresses, contacts, handling equipment, time windows, collection date and clear photographs.

Important for standard delivery: The delivery address must be accessible to a 40-tonne truck and the consignee must be able to unload. Otherwise, please request a smaller truck, tail lift or other unloading assistance in advance.

Match orientation, stackability, internal height, payload and loading access against the vehicle.

Align handling equipment, time window and contacts with the loading site and dispatch.

Prepare delivery

Record access, unloading capability and sensitive handling requirements at destination in advance.
