Hangkai Europa · Sensitive loading units
Furniture, wooden-crate and frame transport in Europe
For packed furniture, wooden crates, timber frames and long or sensitive loading units. We plan loading space, vehicle access and operations around every individual cargo unit.
Consider packaging, footprint and protection together
Furniture and framed cargo cannot be planned from total volume and weight alone. Outer dimensions, support points, stackability, sensitive edges and permitted orientation determine the actual loading-space requirement.
Hangkai Europa coordinates LTL, FTL, express and special transport within Europe, with communication available in German, Chinese and English.
Details required for reliable planning
Describe every different loading unit separately so that the vehicle, footprint and handling can be assessed without generic assumptions.
Packed or unpacked furniture, closed wooden crate, open timber frame or another protective package.
Length, width, height and quantity for each different crate, frame or furniture unit.
Individual and total weight, support points and whether the unit can be accessed by forklift from below.
Permitted stacking height or a clear no-stack rule, plus any permitted horizontal rotation.
Glass, painted surfaces, edges, projections, centre of gravity and available securing points.
Full addresses, contacts, handling equipment, time windows, collection date and clear photographs.
From cargo-unit data to an executable transport plan
The sequence follows the actual outer dimensions, protection requirements and conditions at both sites.
Record each unit
Capture outer dimensions, quantities, weights, packaging and photographs for every cargo variant.
Check the footprint
Match orientation, stackability, internal height, payload and loading access against the vehicle.
Coordinate collection
Align handling equipment, time window and contacts with the loading site and dispatch.
Prepare delivery
Record access, unloading capability and sensitive handling requirements at destination in advance.
