1. Principle

We do not knowingly accept goods whose transport, possession, import, export or sale is prohibited by applicable law or the rules of the actual transport partner.

The list below is not exhaustive. Requirements differ by country, route, mode, packaging and carrier.

2. Goods normally excluded

  • illegal drugs and narcotics;
  • weapons, ammunition, explosives and other illegal weapons-related items;
  • counterfeit goods, illegally traded goods and stolen property;
  • undeclared or unauthorised dangerous goods and hazardous substances;
  • radioactive material;
  • chemicals, toxic and other regulated substances unless transport is expressly lawful and accepted;
  • goods whose transport breaches sanctions, customs, import, export or trade controls;
  • any other goods prohibited by law, authority or carrier rules.

3. Regulated or potentially dangerous goods

Batteries, chemicals, liquids, aerosols, gases, temperature-sensitive goods and any other potentially dangerous or regulated goods must be fully disclosed before quotation.

Transport is considered only if it is lawful, the cargo is correctly classified, declared, packaged and labelled, required documents are available, and a suitable qualified carrier expressly accepts it. We refuse the order if these conditions are not met.

4. Customer responsibilities

  • provide the correct cargo name, classification and composition;
  • provide safety data sheets, dangerous-goods documents and other required records in good time;
  • meet all packaging, labelling and documentation requirements;
  • check sanctions, customs, import and export restrictions for the cargo, parties and route;
  • report changes or new information immediately.

5. Review, refusal and costs

We may request further information, suspend acceptance or reject a shipment. If incorrect or incomplete information is discovered after dispatch or pickup, necessary securing, return, storage, authority or disposal measures may be arranged; costs and responsibility depend on the contract and applicable law.

If in doubt, send the cargo description, photos and available safety documents to info@hangkai.de before booking. Our review does not replace an official approval.
