1. Service scope

We coordinate road transport and logistics services for ordinary commercial goods within Germany, the European Union and other routes confirmed case by case. Depending on the shipment, we may use LTL, FTL, express, oversized, machinery, furniture or another individually assessed solution.

Acceptance depends on cargo type, packaging, weight, dimensions, route, timing, accessibility, applicable law and the requirements of the actual transport partner.

2. Cargo generally eligible for assessment

Typical non-dangerous commercial goods may include:

  • ordinary consumer and e-commerce goods;
  • household and everyday goods, pet supplies and accessories;
  • clothing and textiles;
  • machinery parts and industrial components;
  • furniture, wooden crates, timber frames and other ordinary goods.

These examples are not automatic acceptance. Our Restricted and prohibited goods policy also applies.

3. Required shipment information

  • complete pickup and delivery address with country, postcode, city, street and number;
  • company, contact, telephone, email and known time windows;
  • cargo description, quantity, length, width, height and weight per loading unit;
  • total weight, stackability, horizontal rotation and special handling;
  • cargo-ready date, packaging, and photos or documents where required;
  • all access, loading, unloading and regulatory restrictions.

4. Access, loading and unloading

Standard pricing assumes that pickup and delivery sites can be reached by the planned vehicle and that shipper and consignee can provide the agreed loading and unloading.

For standard delivery, disclose whether a 40-tonne truck can access the site and whether the consignee can unload. Small trucks, tail lifts, truck-mounted forklifts, cranes, a second person or other extra services are included only after separate assessment and express confirmation.

5. Timing, changes and records

Pickup and delivery times are planning estimates unless expressly confirmed as binding. Traffic, weather, border or customs controls, vehicle failure, missing documents and site conditions can affect performance.

Changes to cargo, address, timing or loading conditions must be reported before performance. Depending on the order, we may retain and provide order documents, consignment notes, proof of delivery, invoices, labels or tracking information.

6. Compliance and refusal

We assess shipments from the available information, align them with the selected partner's conditions and may request further documents. Prohibited goods, inadequately declared regulated goods, unsuitable packaging or other unmet requirements may result in refusal or suspension.
