Clear rules before you request a quote

These pages explain the information required for a transport assessment, the cargo we can generally review, and goods that are prohibited or require prior approval.

An online inquiry is initially a request for assessment and quotation. A transport order is formed only after express confirmation under the individual order documents.

Our operating principles

• Cargo, pickup and delivery information and loading conditions must be complete and accurate.
• Prohibited goods are not accepted. Regulated or potentially dangerous goods must be disclosed in advance and accepted by us in writing.
• Standard delivery assumes access for a 40-tonne truck and unloading by the consignee. Any deviation requires assessment before price confirmation.
• We use suitably qualified transport partners and follow applicable transport, customs, sanctions and safety requirements.
• Cancellation and refunds depend on order status, services already performed, actual costs incurred and mandatory law.
